At The Osprey, every dish begins with responsibly sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability. We partner with local farms and fisheries, recycle oyster shells through Bassco to help restore Florida reefs, cook over sustainably sourced Florida oak and Prime6 charcoal, and practice a zero-waste philosophy in our kitchen. Many of our seafood selections are fully traceable—from the boat and captain to your plate.
